You want to heal. You deserve to heal.
Brainspotting is a powerful, evidence-based therapeutic tool that works by identifying, processing, and releasing core neuro-physiological sources of emotional and physical pain. Brainspotting allows folks to identify unhealthy coping mechanisms associated with trauma, creating space to channel their inner resources in order to access healthy knowledge they possess to transform debilitating traumatic memories and the negative beliefs they feel in relation to specific experiences.
TESTIMONIAL
Brainspotting with Dr. Sahar has changed my life. I have spent years in therapy not being able to connect to the root of my challenges. Dr. Sahar provided a space that was comforting and nonjudgemental. Our first brainspotting session unearthed things that I didn’t know that I was still holding on to. I can’t wait to see what comes up next.

context creates connection
Assessments can be stressful - forms to fill out, questions to answer, difficult spaces to explore. I work with you one on one, relationally, to get the information needed to determine the ‘why’ in your lived experiences.
Assessments are conducted in 2-3 sessions, virtually or in person. In our initial sessions we will cover the measures used, begin the clinicial interview and go over any questions you may have. Our final session will go over the report, providing you with a detailed guide of the findings of our time together.
